E.S. Investment Inc. offers a number of programs for any investor, be they untested beginner or a seasoned and experienced veteran. All of our programs are designed to give our investors more equity bearing assets as well as the highest returns in the shortest investing period possible. All investor programs last on less than one year and aid our investors in achieving their wealth building goals.
New Investor Program
· For first time investors looking to get into the industry.
· Ideally have at least a minimum of a 620 credit score
· Ideally make at least 50,000.00 annually
This program is designed to provide the investor with all the tools need to become a serious real estate investor.

- 1 Rehabilitation Project
- Line of credit to finance your real estate transactions
- 1 Commercial Property Venture.
· Each project must be approved by the economist at E.S. Investment Inc.
· All projects will be managed by the economist at E.S. Investment Inc.
Good Credit Investor Program
· For investors with no capital on hand but a minimum of a 680 credit score.
· This program allows the investor to get funds by using their credit and gain capital by financing a line of projects.
· Each project will yield a minimum of 50% return on their investment
· A line of projects consist of no less than 3 lucrative projects
· Each project will be approved by the economist at E.S. Investment Inc.
· All projects will be managed by the economist at E.S. Investment Inc.
Little Capital Investor Program
· No credit checks or documentation required
· For investors with little capital that want to get into real estate investing
· Minimum Investment 3,000.00
· Risk: Time
· Maximum Investment 15,000.00
· Returns vary from 45 %-100%
